先问大家一个问题，逻辑我打算做OG，GDW，PREP的破解，和FEIFEI，这样可以了么？还是应该做CXD的书呢？

第一题：原题大意：

政府采购武器的最终价格，是根据通胀率，在原来商定的价格上增加一定额度而计算出来的。

看完这句话，就会有两个疑问：1。为什么只能增加，不能减少；2。为什么是供货商定价。

因此，答案A说，即使原订合同价格inefficient，政府还是要继续支付。这就说明了，historical costing方法只能增不能减，无法去除原有inefficient的价格。从而导致合同不sound。

原题大意：

检测P的方法中，false positive表示误诊；false negative表示没诊断出来。

要想得到最准确的检测结果，就要使用那种误诊（false positive）比例最小的检测方法。

E选项的意思是，所有的检测方法中，“没有诊断出来的”的比例都一样高。也就是说，用“没有诊断出来”这个标准筛选最好的检测方法不可行。那么就要使用“误诊最低”的标准来确定。

恩谢谢！
但是这个题目还是有点不明白，没诊断出来和诊断错的比例大小有什么关系呢？要SUPPORT结论（用错误率最小的）为什么要用实验室中诊断不出来比例一样的这个说法呢~
