这里是你以前回答过的一个题目，我搞不太明白的是关于No A -->B的等价形式。请指点一下。类似的等价形式是否有相关的理论在背后？谢谢！

So if A Na-->B, then B Na-->A

e.g. If Siebel does not go to the party, I wil go. It is equal to "if I did not go, Siebel went to the party."

Tks, mindfree! 上述为逆否命题，欧明白了。

我不明白的是No A-->B的等价形式。举个例子：
这句话No expert is certain of being able to solve someone else’s problem，表示或者可以推出：no expert-->certain solving problem呢，还是表示或者可以推出：
certain of soving problem (C)--> no expert (非B).
根据http://bbs.chasedream.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=24&ID=2736，我感觉您好像倾向于后者。如果是前者的话，上述连接中的第3题无法推出。所以困惑。为什么是前者或者后者呢？
