 答案：B。请问怎么会是B呢？这里面没有提到oil和natural gas两者的转换啊。我对题目的理解是：即使冬天临近，oil的价格很低，因此除非过分的冷，natural gas的价格也会很低。就是说因为oil的价格不受因为冬天影响，所以得出结论说natural gas的价格也基本不受冬天影响。我这样的理解对不对呢？如果有什么问题的话请多多指点！3Q!

B的意思是，用户可以轻易地使用廉价的oil替代gas。也就是说，oil和gas会形成竞争，从而导致价格基本保持一致。如果oil价格不上调，那么gas价格也不能上调，否则，gas没人买。给冬天没关系，因为，他们都是在冬天着一个相同的前提下进行比较
