if the drama club and music club are combined, what percent of the combined membership will be male?

1 of the 16 member of the drama club, 15 are male

2 of the 20 member of the musica club, 10 are male

怎么看都是C 啊。。。为什么选E？

因为你不知道combined membersh后的总人数啊。

题中问的是percent of the combined membership will be male，不是问的人数。

不好意思，请问题目不是说的是将两个俱乐部合并，然后选项给出各个俱乐部的组成吗，为什么不知到总人数，不就是36吗？？

意思是：16个drama club的会员中，15个是MALE,但未说drama club的总数是多少。

2 of the 20 member of the musica club, 10 are male

意思是：20个musica club的会员中，10个是MALE,但未说musica club的总数是多少。

此题若改成如下说法的话：

1、of the drama club, 15 are male

2、of the musica club, 10 are male

那么你的理解和算法就正确了。
