题目是问你，下面选项中的这些数字，哪个大于题干中的3/4的数字，而小于题干中1/4的数字。

题干里一共8个数字，你把它们从小大到排列好。大于其中3/4的数字，就是比前6个大；小于1/4的数字就是比后2个小。

也就是介于第6个数字（69）和第7个数字（73）之间，五个选项里只有71满足。

题目意思是，某人买了一件15%off的衣服（就是打八五折），省下的钱（被discounted掉的部分）大于10元。问你原价最小可能是多少，取到个位的近似值。

设原价是X，那么不等式就是X*15% >10，X>66.6666，所以X最小是67.
