congragulations first that u reach the level where u are, but unfortunately, u listening ability is not so good as u think u have. At this stage, the most effective traning -- and the only way to improve you language skills-- u can do is to communicate with people instead of using records to practise, becasue communication in a real life environment, which is the essence of any "language", is not substitutable by simulation provided by no matter what language learning materials. in bocca al lupo!
