请问前辈，现在CFA为何网站无法报名？

准备报12月份的CFA考试，3月16日之前为early bird stage,想在此前报名，可是CFA institute网站却最近一直无法报名，说recently undergoes upgrade...不知道能不能在此前upgrade好，如果不行，有什么alternative way to sign up before this deadline?
