JJ math!! Please help me!!

12x平方y/(5xy平方) = ?            

i)                    y= 一个数

ii)                   x方y方 = 一个数

is the answer B or E?? there are too different answers in the JJ

i think it should be E, can anyone please tell me which is the answer, cuz i really want to be sure!

i am taking the test tomorrow, pretty nervous right now

如果是实数的话，那就举例X,Y都是0，那就是E了
