the most conservative estimate is that GMAC will change the pool again in three weeks. GMAC will not change the pool in fewer than three weeks.
so make sure you register not later than Feb 14 (two or two half weeks after today), just to be safe.

this data is not very safe. I suggest you either take the test at an earlier time (before Feb 18 ex: Feb16-17) or see what time in Feb changes the pool. For example, if Feb 18 or Feb 27 changes the question, then probably it will take a month to change the pool, and you will have a good idea when to take the test in march

try to register no later than the week of 2-9 to 2-14. Feb 16-18 is too risky.

3 weeks after today is Feb18/19, so you are on the edge

我觉得要真是1.27号换了题库.那2月就差不多27前后的样子.我认为如果确定换题是真,那最起码09上半年都在月底换题库.

please look at 2007 Jan-Feb date, so that is why I am not certain about Feb change

不同意LZ的看法.1.7-1.27已经三周了,月底换题库应该是09的趋势(最起码上半年)

I am not really sure about Feb
The only thing I am sure is that two or two-half (or very close to 3) weeks after the change the pool will be the same. But for one month or 4 weeks, I am not really sure. I will not take the risk.

所以2月份还是应该28号

但28号是周六

所以不是3月2号就是2月27~
