如果所有生产出口产品的工厂，如果过去几年，能用的资源都用上了，还能干活的机器都没闲着，
都是在near-peak level在运营着，
那即使货币贬值了，他们国家产品在国际市场上便宜了，能生产多少就多少了，
那我想增加出口，我这些工厂也没那个能力生产这么多，
所以，货币贬值也没用。

原文问如果贬值了，为啥不能达到既定效果。

E说的是 用其他方法，不贬值也能增加出口。这个跟问题问的不相关。
