大全--19.  In an effort to go beyond resumes as tools in its search for executives, one leading company has resorted to interviewing the top candidates for a position all together in a single group. This technique is supposed to afford a direct comparison of the candidates with respect to some personal qualities that cannot be gleaned from a resume.

这个题中B错因为它没有比E更好。

B太过含糊,而E则to-the-point得指出了群殴面试的坏处:一般面试要看在候选人在面对与他职位所对应的压力面前如何应对,但群殴面试则把这种压力测试的目的扭曲,面试人并不能从群殴面试中判断候选人在正常时候的反应。

B只是说对于组织者来说麻烦的,而没有正面提这个面试的作用,即是否能够发现简历中发现不了的特质。所以可以认为是无关的。
