1， 对于irradiated又cooked的food,对B1的减少是说不清谁是谁的。

   文中有人说，irradiated不比cooked差，cooked也减少B1,后面说对B1的减少是复合的，也就是说不能单归罪于cook。

2,一天工作10小时的高效率来自于单独工作2小时没其他人打扰。

  如果大家都工作10小时，那也就不存在单独工作2小时的机会了，效率就没有了。
