楼主的疑问在d和e选项上，
按照d的解题思路，表示既然physicians推荐游泳去缓解 asthma symptoms，即表示frequent exposure to chlorine和asthma没有因果关系，同理
e选项，因为很多人的asthma病是成为运动前就有的，而在之后才发现，这不是就表示和游泳这项运动本身没有关系么？

从原文逻辑链来看，有用运动员患者重病是因为游泳时水里的氯，要推翻这个结论必须和水利的氯有关。D 儿童患病的还被推荐去游泳，说明氯并不是这个病的原因。E,和逻辑链无关，属于过度联想。而且这个选项没有按照原文去探讨得病的原因。

仔细品味一下，好像有一点区别了，
医生推荐代表游泳池没有危害，做运动员前有病，不足以证明游泳池没有危害

E没有说明为什么练游泳的比练其他运动员得哮喘的比例更高。
D是相关因果中的因果倒置
