Tiger sharks are common in the waters surrounding Tenare

这个题着实让我无法理解，D说tiger sharks 捕食的small sharks是T渔业的重要经济来源。而T政府政策是捕杀 tiger sharks。这样一来small sharks的数量就会增多，政府的政策从另一个层面讲也是达到目的了呀。这和问题背道而驰的。问什么答案会是D呢？

因为你对feed on理解有误。tiger sharks吃的small sharks吃的鱼是这个岛的渔业具有商业重要性。

如果杀tiger sharks，那么small sharks就会增多，那么岛国渔业就会减产，影响到了岛国的第一经济来源。

也就是拆了东墙补西墙，对In order to help the economy这个目标没帮助
