我認為, 既然B降低了對V的關稅, 入口量應該相應增大才正常吧. 但是降低關稅後卻數目不變, 那分句間應該是轉折的關係才對吧? 怎麼會用since表示因果呢?看到這裡的時候腦袋就短路了一下,請路過的nn指教!
