3的若干次方, 个位是3,9,7,1的顺序循环, 所以除以10的余数, 也是3,9,7,1的顺序循环

所以通过判断4n+2+m, 可以解题,

因为3的若干次方是4个数一个循环, 所以余数由2+m决定, 知道m的值, 则可解

13.

题目意思是, 在坐标轴上, x是否在-5的右边?
