我做的时候，因为efficiency in doing sth. 而在A/B中选。

可是我觉得A.B.都有问题。

A. it will stimulate…中 it 有指代不清的嫌疑。

B. which 指代不清，可能是lowering prices 也可能是
    increasing supply and lowering prices
