看来看去,第二部分都是一个只从第一部分就推断出来了的结论

但是文章有一个很明显的FLAW,即Robert Chase达到标准就一定 must be accepted as a member , 这个一定是不成立的啊,除非有其他条件,包括A选项中的the second is the conclusion that could not be drawn from all evidence that the argument contains.
