退考

请问大家一个问题，如果T我一下报了2次，可是发现我第一次考好了，第二次的考试可以退掉吗？钱还能返回来吗？

Refunds

A partial refund of US$65 is available if you return an unused paper-based test admission ticket. Once you are admitted to the test center, you are not eligible for any refund. Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures and/or fail to present the required ID document(s) at the test center.
