（2+5+6+4）/（5000+12000+18000+16000）=X/60000

不好意思，我看了答案以后，就列出这个式子，也能得到答案，就是不明白什么意思，还没开窍，呵呵

2/5000 + 5/12000 + 6/18000 + 4/16000 = x/60000

x=21

LZ是否不很清楚 "the corresponding ratio for shipments S1, S2, S3 and S4 combined"的含义? 是shipments combined, 不是ratios combined.

The corresponding ratio in question is the total number of defective chips in shipments S1, S2, S3 and S4
to the total number of chips in shipments S1, S2, S3 and S4

这题我第一遍也没读明白,呵呵.
