可我觉得a也很好啊，为什么就不对呢

A不是一定正确的,因为存在另一种原因,即address wrongly

c d的区别在于是否为必要条件,那么对两个答案取非,c 取非后和文章的表述矛盾,而D不会,所以还是倾向于C

又想了想，觉得还是D是对的。

因为：Nearly all mail that is correctly addressed arrives at its destination within two business days of being sent. In fact, correctly addressed mail takes longer than this only when it is damaged in transit. 所以推出只有少部分是damaged 的了。

我的推理是这样的：

Nearly all mail that is correctly addressed arrives at its destination within two business days of being sent 推出：

只有少数的correctly addressed 的mail, 是没在2天内到的。

correctly addressed mail 如果没在2天内到就是因为damaged.

那不是推出只有少数的correctly addressed mails are damaged.
