我觉得既然把5%代NABA的排除了，那剩下的应该就是10%呀，不管他还带什么别的病？？

 记不清具体题目了,这题是这样,大概回忆一下:如果某人血液里有NANB病毒,同时有其它病毒,比如艾滋病等等. 旧算现在检测手段无法很好检测NANB,但是其它检测手段,比如检测艾滋病手段确很可靠,所以这个人的血液完全可以因为查出有艾滋病而被排除.

就算现在手段让10%漏网,但是不能保证,这剩下的10%不会因为被查出有艾滋病而被排除....

一旦因为查出别的病毒被排除了,那么10%这个数字必然下降

测血时，第一项测得是艾滋病，现有的检测手段只能测出三分之一携带者

之后还有很多测试，比如乙肝病毒，漏网的10%的携带者如果刚好有这些别的病毒，也会被排除掉

就不足10%了

这就是A的意思
