ESADE Business School is the first European Business School that offers two full time tracks for its MBA programme:
18-month MBA: for business professionals with more than 2 years working experience who are generally interested in changing their career path. The participant can choose to do the first part of the program in Spanish or English (no Spanish is required to enter the English section). Students have language training as they do the MBA. Students have the opportunity to do an exchange with another Business School or participate in a dual-degree program.
One Year MBA: it’s a program for participants with more than 4 years of business experience who want to enhance their career. It’s taught entirely in English (no Spanish required), with Spanish language training and the possibility of electives in Spanish.
Both Full Time MBA programmes focus on training managers using a broad international approach enabling students to lead change in all kinds of organisations. The students develop strong decision-making skills, an excellent capacity for teamwork and an international perspective. They are also imbued with a fundamental set of values and a deep sense of social responsibility.
