[求助]我应不应该接受美林的offer?

刚刚拿到美林财务部门的offer(Chief Finance Office),却非常地犹豫，因为本身对会计和公司财务并没有太大兴趣。但是考虑到在一家tier1的国际性投行工作，所能获得的training和各种exposure又是相当可贵的。

因为现在同时还在Mizuho Securities (Asia) 的corporate finance做兼职，并且老板已经允诺我一定会有全职的offer。从工作本身来说，觉得在这里的工作内容更吸引我。然而这家机构始终规模有限，所能提供的机会以及影响力远不及美林。

不知道如果要转top投行的front office，究竟哪一种经验会更值的投资。请求高人指点。

不要做财务部.很难抽身.我是从这样的财务部出来的.

当然留在FRONG OFFICE 啦,千万不要搞财务会计,除非你喜欢

当然是MIZUHO. my experience is: an IB equity researcher in a bankrupt tier 4 chinese securities company is more competitive than financial controller in GS/citigroup when you apply for IBD jobs. industry experience is very important and career changer is generally not welcome.
