为什么在网上付SEVIS费用时总是显示错误？

如题。

输入完信息之后，就显示这个页面：

The system is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. If repeated attempts fail, call Customer Service at (US) 1-212-620-3418.

下周四要去签了……急死了～～
