Topic25 It has recently been announced that  a large shopping center may be built in your neighborhood.Do you support or oppose this plan?Why?Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Some people hold the opinion that a new shopping mall will bring us a lot of benefits. Others, however, contradict this idea. Personally, I am, and probably will always be one of those who argue that it is an enjoyable thing for the neighborhood to welcome a modern shopping center   . And I would explore several cogent reasons here.

The predominant aspect for my propensity for  the construction       is that   the new comer will provide neighbors with more options when searching for goods.       A convincing illustration often cited is     that, when an area is occupied with several large places for shopping, the quality of the service provides as well as the products sold in those places is often at a high level as a result of enormous competition.  The staff makes every effort to serve more kinds of goods, to devise more bonuses to attract consumers and to cut down the prices in order to stand out in the contest. So, who benefits the most from this situation? Neighbors!  

There is another persuasive factor that encourages me to argue for    the new shopping center    . It will be more convenient for us to purchase stuff. The new shopping mall is located in the part of the neighborhood where most of the families settle. When the new center is erected, we will enjoy great convenience of shopping with just a one-minute walk      

Furthermore, no one would deny that   the community will be more prosperous and hilarious as a result of the arrival of a large mall   .For instance, the new one will certainly bring more activities to attract residents, and more people will go out home looking for surprise in the new arrival, which give rise to the terrific situation that the community is becoming more catching and vivid.

From what has been discussed above, I am favorably disposed to    \the building of a brand-new shopping center    .
