急问两道GMATprep数学题

1.  if xy=1, what's the value of 2(x+y)^2/2(x-y)^2?  即：分子是 2(x+y)^2，分母是2(x-y)^2。

答案是16。我实在算不出来。谢谢了。

2.  if n and m are positive integers, what is the remainder when 3^(4n+2) is divded by 10?

   (1) n=2

   (2) m=1.

答案居然是B！为什么？题干中连m都没有啊。
