一道比较困惑的题目，心里好郁闷啊！！大全2-14

我觉得应该选D但是答案是A

选D的理由是：半数以上的人没有带安全带，他们都是车祸的受害者，这正是证明了只有带安全带才能把事故降低啊

偶是这样理解的：看题目颜色部分，说80%没扣安全带，而问题问的归纳总结，A就说出了事实，20%扣了安全带（1-80%）啊~~~~~加个MORE也当然OK了

谢谢Dadada007 的帮忙看了以后好像自己把题目的意思理解错了。我现在认为D也未必把后半句的意思给解释，因为后面的半句中未必说明半数的人没有系上安全带的就出车祸吧。不知道我的理解对吗？

说明西安全带能降低事故

还有个问题，题目中说A recent survey of all auto accident victims in Dole
                County ，也就是说这个survey的对象全都是victims了，那么A中的Of all the drivers and front-seat passengers in the survey，也是说这里的survey的对象也是victims，那么A翻译过来就是说在所有的前排victims中有多于20％的人系了安全带。不是说明即使系了安全带也照样受伤吗？

求解啊。。。

论点成立的假设应该是 在受伤的人中系安全带的比不系安全带的人多，所以A正确。

如果没有A的假设，20%受重伤的全都是系安全带的人而一般受伤的人100%是不系安全带的，那么没有体现出系安全带的好处。甚至是一个weaken。所以整体来看至少有20%人系了安全带。
