Do you agree that people are happier when they do work that have challenges or difficulties than people can do their work easily

Compared the people are happier when they do a job that is full of challenges or difficulties with that is easy to complete, I can not render a definite decision. People have argued that for a long time. In my point of view, however, I would prefer the former job after my university's life.

As a well-known saying says, talent is 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent diligence. What does the diligence mean? I believe that it means a spirit that your determination of defeating the difficulties while you facing them, even though the problem is terrible intractable. For instance, I believe Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome is one of the most difficult work, whereas the scientists of whole world are still holding their ground, and I deem that they would never abandon their ideal that is solved the AIDS.

Due to my character, moreover, the work that is full of challenges is brimming with interesting and attraction to me. From my opinion, the challenge job will be paid more attention by people that want to complete perfectly. In the summer vacation, my friend have a idea that is touring abroad by himself, what's more, he will just take 300 dollars. If the money is not enough for his travel, he will take a job for his remaining tour.

The most significant reason is that people are happier when they choose the work is full of challenge of difficult they can find the achievability when they do the work perfectly. It will spur on them to do more challenge work to accomplish; therefore, the science of the world can improve rapidly.

In a nutshell, challenge and difficult work can built our confidence and fulfillments. It is one of the powers to promote our world forward.
