You can ask your recommender to write a generic recommendation letter, and most of the schools actually understand that their candidates will apply for multiple schools and it's really impossible for the recommender to write a specific one for each and every school. You can check the questions asked by the schools you are applying and synthesis a question list your recommender needs to address, in order to write a generic one. While, it's always good to tailor a recommendation letter to specific school because this is also a good way to show your commitment to them. So it's really depends on to which extent you can ask favor of your recommender to write you a tailor-made letter each time, as well as whether you really care about the school.
