HELP

I requested additional score reports by phone yesterday. After I input all the institution and department codes, the automatic service began to read all the information I input for me. Suddenly, a voice told me: your time is up. I don’t know whether my request is updated in ETS’s database and whether ETS will send score reports for me.

Is there anybody having been in the same situation?

Tough situation. If I were you, I would contact ETS to confirm that. Or, money is not a big issue, you could send it again for safe.

不要用自动送分的了,就拨打人工送分的。

Thanks. I just found my credit card has been charged by ETS. I think my request is valid.
