OG给的答案是C。同一个题，陈向东的书给的答案是D。

大家都说应以OG为准，但我不理解的是：C中说的是 Many drug manufacturers ，始终没提到跟Novex。而问题是关于novex的，怎么会是正确的选项呢？

刚打完这个题，就看到了前面有同学先我一步，问的同一题。不过，还没有看到解释为什么C是正确的。OG会不会出错呢？真想给GMAC发个email问问。

看了你的说法，我也觉得很迷惑。但是查阅了牛津高阶和新英汉词典以后，我觉得区别可能在这里：

原文说的是hospital，C选项说的也是hospital，而D选项说的是pharmacy.那么hospital和pharmacy到底有没有区别呢？

词典上说，hospital是医院，看病的地方；pharmacy是药店，卖药的地方。因此，在这种意义上，D选项其实是与原文无关的，起不到削弱作用。

hospital 和pharmacy是两个不同的概念，如你所说，一个是医院，一个是药店。在美国，看病拿药与中国概念上、程序上完全不同。医院里的医生只看病，看完后不管是处方药还是非处方，都要去药店(pharmacy)买药。时常有这样的事情发生：医生看完病，在开药时说，我建议你用某某药，在任何药店都有，不用处方。我们很少情况下用处方药，除了抗生素。我感觉美国医生开处方药很谨慎。所以有了这样的经历，真的很容易把D看做正确答案。不选C更主要的原因是它里面没提到novex这个品牌，“大多数制药商”可以包括、也可以不包括novex呀。

这个弯，我还是没转过来。希望你别受我上面那段话太多影响，否则你也迷路了。

补充：又看了一下全题，感觉是在说“医院给病人用药”，而不是“医生给病人开药”。如果是前者，pharmacy似乎有点远了。C更接近issue。至于most manufacturers，或许只能想象novex是其中的case之一吧。

还是要继续体会。
