一道GWD题（两份答案不一致）

In two months, the legal minimum wage in the country of Kirlandia will increase

from five Kirlandic dollars(KD5.00) Per hour to KD5.50 per hour. Opponents of

this increase have argued that the resulting rise in wages will drive the inflation

两份答案分别选A和B。个人倾向于选B，觉得原文观点强调的是数量问题，即工资低于5.5的人只有一小部分，B答案强调的是程度问题，即工资低于5的人也不少，这样可以削弱原文观点。不知这样理解对否。还请大牛指点。多谢先。

If B is correct that some companies broken the law, it is unnecessary for them to set the salary level up to meet the needs of the new regulation so that such action will impact the economic of the country a lot.
