Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Universities should give the same amount of money to their students' sports activities as they give to their university libraries. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

As I am sure we all know, university libraries play a very important role in most of university campuses. Students and staffs in campus obtain main knowledge from there. Nobody can confirm that it is a real university without a library. For sports, we all know, also it is another important subject to make students or staffs relaxed and wholesome after they have studied for a whole day. It needs a large of money to sustain all kinds of sports instruments to service people in campus normally , however, such as improving sorts of instruments for sport activities , mending broken grounds, or building a new gymnasium, all those will cost a huge from universities. Now two subjects above may be so incompatible for administrators in universities to take into account of which is most important point! In my opinion, I believe that a excellent library is a spirit symbol for an university, so it should take into accounts for developing firstly rather than sports.

Firstly, the chief theme in an university always is studying and obtaining new knowledge . Distinctly, the status of a high quality library goes without saying. With it, students can absorb themselves other knowledge that can’t be obtained from classes or teachers. That’s comparatively important . If you think through the point of improving whole level of universities, you will agree with inclination to pay more money to the construction of library firstly. In contrast, sports as a relaxing way can not be treated for the core as well as the library . Therefor this can explain why
        universities should not give the same amount of money to their students' sports activities as they give to their university libraries.

Another, somebody may argue that it’s so different with sport activities between internal and external university. And they may ask why it is so prosperous in sport activities of foreign campus wouldn’t their library be all of antiques? Absolutely no, we call for a balance to develop .Also, can you deny it’s less money spent on constructing libraries in universities abroad than on improving sports?

In words, libraries are the pivotal part of universities, appropriately its development should need more money rather than sport activities.
