Are you talking about the "CONFIRMATION OF GMAT APPOINTMENT‏" letter?

After register, you will recieve an email, the address that is you used to login www.mba.com.

I do not know whether is the same in China, but I need not bring anything with me except a visa. Test center has my name. I even do not know my ID...
