The government ha s announced that it plans to build a new university. Some people think that your community would be a good place to locate the university. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a new university in your community.

Erecting new building is to city as inpouring fresh blood to human body. But, in terms of the university, as matter of fact, not only the merits of it turn out but also the undesirable one might emerge simultaneously.

For one thing, teenagers inhabit in community, or nearby of course, will gain chance to utilize the advanced establishment on campus, say, perfect equipped library ,student-only gem with reasonable price, rather than their finite accessible domain. To give a demonstration, I used to addict to staying the library of the university adjacent to my home for its impressive academia and sea of valuable books which I could obtain at nowhere. Through the tremendous amount of books, I was direct to a much wider world. The great history of mankind development just reappear lifelike in my mind, which leads me to realize that our hungered soul might get sufficed in a particular avenue instead of attending endless classes we are required.

Another advantage must be added is that university provides bunch of available positions. In light of increasing number of student, the demand for professor and administrator is on the rise in recent years. Working in university invariably be both suppose to be decent and affluent. Thus, we do not have reason to espouse the argument that university in community is impropriate.

Although, what mentioned above is enjoyable to a great deal, however, the deficiency introduced via building should not be ignored(又用SHOULD了
                不会说) as air pollution and noise pollution. It indubitably throws us into a dusty environment and exposes us to the invasion of ceaseless thundering noisy sound. Badly influenced is our health, moreover, our life being interrupted.

Now comes to the conclusion,………………不会写了

这种题怎么写结尾呢

写得很不错,没有多大可以改动的

但是:

作为这种称述advantage和disadvantage而并不要求做出一个选择的时候

你的篇幅最好是advantage和disadvantage各占50%,这样才平衡(毕竟题目是要求称述优缺点)

还有就是:你称述的缺点不大好,因为大学一般都是很干净的,而且并不吵闹

结尾的写法其实我也不清楚,但是因为这样的题目很特殊,所以结尾应该是不发表自己的观点的

你可以这么写:

As time is so limited, now I have to come to this end. As no doubt, XXX has its own tangible advantages as well as some defects.What I have mentioned just now, I believe, could provide people in our community with some valuable perspectives in the decision making of XXX.

还有 我写的大学的缺点 是它施工时造成的污染 可能是我没写清楚吧
