同问，为什么不平行， 我觉得that... 和 where都是定语从句啊？ 为什么ETS说他们不平行呢？ 请高人解惑

如果是定从干嘛在where前面加，and?og上说过, and后面只能接independent clause吧？直白点，明明E就两个where用and连得开开心心的，一看就是平行选项的标志嘛，再加上state表地点可以用where，不用改成in which还不选啊？如果要用,and，comma前面必须是插入成分，这里没有吧？这些足以用来选这道题了。

where和that都是限制性定语从句引导词。但‘,’+where应该是非限制的说，这个倒无所谓，没出现过。

如果把逗号去掉  是不是that和where就可以平行了 都是定语从句

OG中的平行不是单纯的看where和where一样就一定平行的

主要还是看所做的成分  如果都是状语从句  用的词不一样也可以平行的

有个题 就是 to 的表目的的状语从句和where的状语从句并列
