两个题目红色圈是正确答案,我感觉这两题无从下手,请帮我分析分析.

1. notice the discrepancy of the scope of 3 figure..
5 percent is a proportion for all unqualified donor, including NANB and other diseases..
2/3 and 10 percent is only in the scope of NANB...Therefore, to make the conclusion valid, we should assume that 5 percent is a number that only is realted with NANB...that is the meaning of choice A

2. I think the most safety and quicker method of solving such question is eliminating other wrong choice.
A. from the passage, we can not get any information about the rising up to 10 percent
B. "for their own use " is new information that never appears in the passage, we can easily eliminate it
C "the demand for..." new informatin
D. yes.. becasue of the start of donor screen test
E. "frist time donor" new information
