OG给出的答案是C。

可是做这道题的时候，很模糊，不知道怎么选，感觉题目的clue很难把握。特别是在B，C，D三个选项中，很难选，结果还是做错了。请牛牛指点一下。

我也觉得模糊，不过感觉是一些充分必要条件之类的问题。期待中……

meeting customers' expection=high quality=〉advance in quality=>raise customers' expectation然后重新进入advance in quality.这就是c项所说的continuing advance in quality。同时advance in quality和exceeding customers' expection是等价的。这样就构成C项

对于选项b:

文中提到:advance in quality=>raise cusomers's expectation,反之应该是not raise customers' expectation => not advance in quality. not raise customers' expectation与B项中的not correctly anticipate the expectations  of its customers 不是一回事

对于选项D:

文中提到：the company that is satisfied with the current of its products很快发现顾客不满意而不是其质量下降了，你可以想是质量没变只是顾客提高了期待（这也是本文暗含的意思），也可以想确实是质量有所下降。所以排除D项

我觉得题目很清晰啊。

就是: high quality products meet customers requirements (satisfied)

就是有了高质量的产品来满足顾客的要求。越来越高新的技术使得顾客的品位提高了。..

A. competitors are not concerned..

B.不能预测顾客的要求就不能生产高质量的产品。显然与条件违背..因果关系颠倒

D: 如果公司对自己的产品满意，就不可能开发出更高质量的产品......这个题目中没有给出这样的说法...题目的concern最终不是要提高质量，而是满足顾客要求〉。

E: Megacorp's customers are currently satisfied with the quality of its product这个无法判断出来。题目没有给出足够的信息。

所以C is the best..
