[讨论]关于Wharton今年的ESSAY

今年W的ESSAY题目有些棘手呢，我想了几天都不得要领。

第一题是传统的career goal，但其余3题基本上都是从negative方面来讲的-- 2nd adapt to others (这题也是我觉得最难的，希望大牛们多讨论启发)；3th 是说failure; 4th我想选第二个，也是improvement(稍好一些)

不知道大家怎么看呢 尤其是第二题，接受/理解别人的观点，如何能体现自己的fit或leadership或任何一点positive的东西呢？

Amy> Don't analyse too much. The #1 mistake applicants make is to not answer the question and instead to try and 'show' something they think the Adcom wants.

So just focus on answering the question

 does "had to adapt"mean you don't necessarily agree with others or you agree with others to some extent.
