               Do you prefer to work in a large company or a small company?

In this current society, working is a worrisome thing for people. Usually, people prefer to work in a large institution, but some people like to work in a small company. In my opinion, working in a big company is a better way to obtain a bright future, to earn a perfect income, and to improve myself.

If we work in a large institution, we can obtain a bright future. Usually, if we work in a small company, our ability will never been dug out, and we cannot obtain a bright future. For example, if we work in a big enterprise, our competence will soon been dug out by our boss.
                Promotion is also an important part in a company. If we work hard, we might be promoted from a worker to a manager, and we can get our salaries increased. In short, if we want a bright future, we should attend to a big institution.

Another advantage of working in a big company is that we can earn a perfect income. Nowadays, daily expenses grow larger and larger; a big company usually provides good benefits for people who worked hard such as holidays and bonus stock. Big institution also provides people a perfect salary. If we economize on the use of our salary, soon we will be capable of buying cars or house. Therefore, working in a big enterprise is better than working in a small company.

Moreover, by working in a big company, we will have many opportunities to study. We can learn the modern ways of management, such as business management. It is true that we can learn those things in collage or in university, but we do not have any experience. The most efficient way to do it is to work in a small shop for a year or two so that we can accumulate more experiences. If we work in a big company, we can not only have the occasions to meet experts and study from them in order to become successful, but also avoid the mistake they have made before. Therefore, working in a big enterprise contains many benefits, and it is good for us.

In summary, working in a big institution enables us to obtain a bright future, earn a perfect income and have a great deal of opportunities to study. I sincerely wish people all could work in a big enterprise and have an enjoyable future.
