弱问一下：面试真要一身正装吗？

今天听人说，宁可overdress不要underdress, 真要上下一套的business suit吗？还得现去买。。。

BTW：我是校友面试，估计在她公司或者等她下班找个咖啡馆什么的吧

Formal dress presents your respect to interviewer. So I think dressing formally should be preferred.
