想问大全里面一道逻辑

这道题选的出来是C
但选的时候就不是很确定。。。想问一下C里面这个regular exercise在题干里面都没有啊我的意思是不知道那个program里面到底有什么,然后选项里面就出现了个regular exercise 说服力好像不是很强。。。

For Strengthen questions, outside, new information is allowed. So "regular exercise" is allowed to strengthen the argument.
