3 interviewers means what?

Just got a phone interview invitation and was told there would be 3 persons conducting my interview (1 director and 2 associates), which might be expected to last for 1.5 hours. 

Anybody has this kind of experience before?  What do they want to know?

They're investing a lot of time and resource on you.  That's a great sign.

one interviews you, the other two are being trained.

So, it's my turn to "interview the other 2 associate directors", right?

I know the other 2 are on their positions for years. Wow, lots of work to do.
