无耻的ETS把我的成绩单全部送错了!!!

申请的状态一直是TOEFL score not received. 学校说要材料齐了才能开始review.

ETS居然把我的成绩单全部送到undergraduate schools去了，我现在还能上网查到我选择的学校类型是"Type 2 Graduate Management", 而我后来写EMAIL去问的结果却通通是undergraduate school.  选"Type 2 Graduate Management", 是不需要说明院系类别的,所以现在我也不知道我的成绩到了哪个undergraduate school.学校等我的TOEFL成绩等了很久,我发信过去问了好几次,都说没收到.成绩单说是DEC20就送出去了,这都一个月了,没有一个成绩寄到了学校! 我直接打到美国去,美国说你是中国的,你找NEEA,我现在什么也帮不了你.我说aren't you ETS?她说YES,我边气边心疼手机费,就挂了.我说who is gonna pay for my delay? none of the schools got my scores, I am applying to business schools and I missed the deadlines.她居然说,你不需要PAY,说什么NEEA可以免费帮我再送一次成绩,不要钱的. 废话!精神损失和机会损失谁来PAY??

先前是恶心的SAMPLE只允许人家做一次,却不说明,害的我随便点了点,不小心就FINISH了,花了20刀买了份模拟题,做了一遍.ETS的回答是我们确实没有告诉你只能用一次,下次我们会告诉你的,但是他们拒绝赔偿.

i'd suggest you to simply resubmit your score for now. You can always go back to bug ETS after you resolve all the mess.

Just calm down, I meet the same problem.  Although I am also very angry, this issue did not affect me a lot. I suggest you:

1) Please contact the university, tell them your trouble( be sure tell them ETS may charge you additional fee to resend your score, though it is not your fault), and require the person in charge to fetch your score report from their undergraduate office. I did this, and some university were willing to help.

2) Fax your personal score report to them, most of the unversities could make the decision with it and allow several days to get your officail report.

3) Keep in complaining for your right

So your scores are also sent to undergraduate schools? There must be a problem with their systems.

To bettywushh, Yes. There is some tech. problem. Just complain and require them resend your score for free.

Yeah. ETS has already realized the problem. After dozens of my complaining calls and E-mails ,one guy from ETS called me back the other day and promised to resend all my reports, free of charge of course. But I am still worrying before I can make sure all the schools have received the score reports. 

It seems that ETS was quite angry with NEEA.

That is the business between NEEA and ETS. We should not be victims. We paid ETS for the service so ETS should be responsbile for everything.

I emailed ETS and they didn't reply. I am angry with it.
