because postage rates are rising, Home Decorator  magazine plans to maximize its profits by reducing by one half the number of issues it publishes each year. The qualifty of articles , the number of articles published per year,  and the subscription price will not change. Market  research shows that  neither subscripbers nor advertiser will be lost if the magazine 's plan  is instituted.
问：which of the following , if true, provides the strongest evidence that the  magazine's profits are likely  to decline if the plan is institutec?
A.most of the advertisers that urchase advertising space in the magazine will continue to spend the same amount on advertising per issue as they have in the past?
B.production costs  for the magazine are expected to remain stable.

答案是A，这个没有问题，但是好象B也可以做答案呢？题目问的实际是反对，那因为COST保持不变，因为杂志少发行了，利润会因为成本不变而减少。不知道哪不对呢？

B并没有说是总成本，如果是指单位成本呢？

这个是og上的那道题吗？
如果是的话，那么答案不是A而是c/d，说，广告商还将每期投放同样量的广告。--这样一来，期数少了一半，那么广告收入就减了一半。
