请教一道prep数学题

Last month 15 homes were sold in Town X, the average sale price of the homes was $150,000 and the median sale price was $130,000. WHich of the following statements must be true.

1) At least one of home was sold for is more than $165,000

2)At least one of the home was sold for is less than $130,000

why the 2nd statement is false?

这个是prep吗？ 是ds吗？ 不像ds的风格啊

这个不对 因为说的太绝对 他说至少有一个小于130000

但是 七个130000 其余大于130000 也可以
