还是不理解：

A的意思是不能学习就不能阻止他犯罪，相当于学习的话就可以阻止犯罪；

C的意思是学习的人不少可能去犯罪，相当于同样可能去犯罪。

文中的假设应该是学习可以阻止犯罪，那就应该是A呀。
