if the unversity didn't signed the transcipt request form and just sealed the academic records and other certificates in the evelope, is it ok?

my schools also did the same things as gelulu's, and i am doubting whether it really work too. anyone who had such experience last year could give us the sure answer???

forget about the transcript requeston form. Just get the transcript from your school, have them seal it and sign across the seal.
