还有这是小弟昨天写的作文就这点水平，高中水平吧，也还没有改，请大家指条明路，比如用词和思路什么的，再次感谢^_^

What are some important qualities of a good supervisor(boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important.

There are certain good qualities that people take into account of a good supervisor. Such virtues as modesty, honesty, kind heart are all required as a perfect supervisor. As far as I am concerned, I think some of them are not only good to a perfect boss, but also necessary. I would like to reason and present concrete evidences to support my viewpoint as follows.

No issue is more significant than honesty. In my opinion, honesty is quite essential in any relationship. Self-protection are human's nature which make us keep secret to others to shield ourselves and sometimes lie to others due to make ourselves in a good condition. The reason for this is quite simple that we fear about geting injured and cheating by others. If a boss treats his employees honestily, tell the truth of everything that employees are concerned, the employees will certainly take over their shield and take the boss and the company with honesty as well. Conspicuously, either the boss himself and the company will get great benefits from it, just as the saying "Honesty is the best policy". On the contrary, if the boss is not honest, everyone in his company will hide himself behind a protected shield and make the company environment less hamony. In addition, honesty will also attract more attention from public, since everyone values honesty in the modern society. The great profit will be brought with the precious reliability.

Moreover, loving is another chief reason that I have chosen to presented here. It includes two layers of meaning, first of all, being a perfect and successful supervisor, he should take his company as his own child, take care of it kindly and enjoy every step it advanced.If the boss treats his company like this, the company will be part of himself, and he will try his best effort to make his company become better. Also the progress of the company will encourage him at the same time, and then he will be more eager to make it more perfect. In other words, they promote each other, and of course, get benefit from each other. Secondly, loving his employees is another aspect which seems similar to the case of honesty. Loving or being kind to his employee will contribute to a hamony environment in the company and make the workers' efficiency higher.

To sum up, as I mentioned above, honesty, love including loving his company and his employee are the most important qualities as a perfect and successful boss.

这两天考试回来的人好像都说OG很重要的，虽然KAPLAN和DELTA也很好但也比较难啊。时间不多要不多看看OG吧。不过你的作文好像太模式化了吧，还要努力啊。

A good boss is imperative to a successful company. There are certain good qualities that people take into account in harmonious boss-employee relationship. As far as I am concerned, I appreciate honesty, respect and a sense of humor most.

No issue is more significant than honesty. In my opinion, honesty is the foundation in any relationship. In modern society,employees tend to cooperate with honest boss, since he can bring them more security feeling. Self-protection are human's nature which make us tend to shield ourselves and sometimes lie to others due to remaining ourselves in a favorable position. The reason for this is quite simple that we fear about getting injured and cheating by others. If a boss treats his employees honestly, in other words, set a honest example for us, harmonious atmosphere will be brought in and spread over the whole company. The boss shows employees real relative data which they concern without any hiding and everything in the company is apparent. As a conspicuous result, the employees will take over their shield and genuinely treat the boss and the company with honesty in return. Therefore, not only the whole atmosphere in the company is full of comfort, but also the profit will increase.

Respect is another chief quality that I have chosen to present here. To be a succesful supervisor, he should pay adequate to his employees. It is true that the position of a boss in a company is higher than workers. However, it is not wise for a boss to place himself under his employees, and treat them unequally as low-class individuals. The reason is quite simple that if that is the case, dissatisfaction and resistance will arise, Then, if discontentment and quarrel occurs frequently, employees will distract from their jobs, and no doubt that the proceeding speed of the company will slow down. In addition, the boss' respect will obtain the respect from his workers in return, which is also helpful to contribute to harmonious atmosphere. Therefore, respect is crucial to both employees and the company.

What is more, a sense of humor is also required as a good leader. No doubt that the boss should treat his work and company seriously, however, it is not wise for a boss' being serious all the time. Harmonious and relaxed atmosphere will lead to great efficiency. When tough tasks are assigned to employees, they tend to become impatient and give up the tasks due to difficulties. At this time, if the boss with a sense of humor brings some jokes and laughters to their tired employee, they will be in good mood and not easily give up, and also, the morale will keep high.

To sum up, as I mentioned above, honesty, love including loving his company and his employee are the most important qualities as a perfect and successful boss.
